Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
How to Make:
- Butter a 9-inch Springform cake pan.Preheat the oven to 350° F
- In a bowl medium make a mixture of the graham Cracker Crunch and melted butter. Place the mixture in the bottom of the springform pan you have prepared.
- Within a bowl mix cream cheese and beat until it is smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing thoroughly following each add-on.
- Beat egg yolks one at a before adding vanilla.
- Spread the filling over the crust. Bake for 45-50 Minutes or until it is set.
- In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar. Spread the mixture over the cheesecake.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or even overnight.
- Serve cheesecake and enjoy it with your family and friends.
